I wrote the manual for the Planet of the Apes video game, which was published by Ubisoft Entertainment.
I rewrote the Web Copy for Question Box, a means to acquire information in hard-to-reach areas of the world. Users place a free call using a Question Box telephone intercom, which connects them to a live Operator with access to the Internet. The Operator finds the answers to the user’s questions in English, then translates the information back in their local language. Question Box was showcased at TEDIndia, Nov 2009. I rewrote the Web content for The Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden, a unique 127 acre botanical garden and historical site jointly operated by the Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and located in the city of Arcadia.
