I recently wrote for Question Box, which is a means to acquire information in hard-to-reach areas of the world. Users place a free call using a Question Box telephone intercom, which connects them to a live Operator with access to the Internet. The Operator finds the answers to the user’s questions in English, then translates the information back in their local language.
